I definitely say stay away from Limebarb. After reading reviews posted on Cosplay.com and many other sites, it sounds like many many people have had issues with her that completely mirror my own. Plain and simple, she doesn't meet deadlines, ignores emails and phone calls and tries to blame the customer when their deadlines aren't met. All these things happened to me and, judging by other reviews found on Google and Yahoo, to many other people as well. The quality of the products I ordered were not terrible, but certainly weren't good and not worth the trouble she caused to get it, nor the inflated price she charged.

I was nervous about their negative reputation. But I dug a little deeper, and found out that the percentage of orders not completed (vs. orders completed on time) is less than 5%. So I ordered a costume from them, it was done in 8 weeks just as promised! I am very happy with the quality and fit, plus they were very nice about accomodating my personal requests/preferences. They include tip sheets on how to wear & care for your costume, how to pose, and other tips that were super helpful! Will buy from again.
